Who We Are
Native Spaces is a pop up-cycled café and event catering collective where quality, sustainability and independence are paramount. We work directly with independent farmers, small-scale food and beverage producers and the emerging community of craft breweries and distillers in Ireland.
Our journey began at Life Festival where we hosted a space by the Lake in 2016. Over the course of the 2016 Festival Season we delivered our food and beverage offering to 4 festivals (Beatyard, Knockenstocken, Body and Soul and The Electric Picnic). The highlight of the summer was at Electric Picnic as we were part of the Zen Garden in the Body and Soul village. Our food offering (vegan salads & locally roasted coffee) guided us to this location and setting.
We have over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry we also offer an array of consultancy services. These consultation services include menu design for both food and beverage (with particular focus on craft produce), space layout for any venue, designing food and beverage operations and growth strategies to help and assist any entrepreneur looking to grow a sustainable food and beverage business.
How We Work
Our team is multi-skilled, highly experienced and extremely creative which allows us to craft an offering to suit any event catering, cultural gathering or festival. We have developed a range of food offerings from award winning burgers, artisanal pizzas to an array of vegan salads and wholesome food offerings. We also provide a craft orientated bar offering and batched cocktail bar, which supports indigenous Irish craft beer producers and by batching our cocktails we ensure high quality drinks served consistently in a fast and smooth manner.
